I have an upcoming redemption PRG-LHR then 'connecting' LGW-JER several weeks later. However, we've found a great hotel offer that we like the look of in EDI and would like to take advantage of this, and so would like to change our 'tag-on' to a LHR-EDI instead.

The first person I spoke to at BA said this wasn't possible to change as it's an Avios/part-cash booking. My only change options are changing the DOF/ETD on the JER leg, not the destination.

Having been told several things in the past by the call centre that transpire to be incorrect having checked with this board, do you think I should be able to change to EDI or were the call centre correct?

The other option of course is to cancel our booking and re-book, but then I think we stand a chance of losing our seats on the PRG-LHR sector.
