Its obvious most of these complaints aren't even being read, and the system or agent was just hitting the copy/paste auto reply button. There is a big difference between the medallion upgrades and SWUs. Most of these replies are about the complimentary medallion ones and not the RP/OP issue that effects SWU and mile upgrades.
I finally responded again and tried to explain they were off on every point they responded back with. it's also funny that DM/PM complain and nothing but a GM complains and they shove 5k miles towards them. Just the lack of consistency if funny.
Only EF knows the true numbers of how many people actually searched for RP/OP RU/OU inventory. Maybe its not that high. Maybe it's more, those would be interesting stats. take everyone that searches and now they have to call in and spend 30-45 minutes with an agent. That seems like a waist of delta money.
