If the flight is purchased under a oneworld code and is operated by a oneworld airline you will earn avios and TP's. Use the avios calculator on BA.com. You just need to add your BAEC number to the booking, however if it is not booked through BA then it may not show up in 'My Bookings' on BA.com.
