We investors in UAL? Vote your proxy. (odds are stacked against you as the 90% institutional owners are smiling at their current returns, and drooling at the prospect of Smisek and UA being able to 'close the gap' with DAL's performance / stock performance.)
Close the gap that UA is still running 2 airlines, close the gap that UA can not get their Unions together, or close the gap that UA runs a inferior product. Get someone to run the #1 airline in the World. (except August, perhaps more months)
