I'm ~800 short of Platinum, so I looked into this. On an existing rewards res quoted me $1500 for 6k using the Premium Accelerator. On a paid ticket it quoted me the same. I called the Priority Desk and they assured me the quotes were correct (though I'm pretty confident they didn't know any more than I did.)
