Apparently the T&C were modified today (26 November 2013)

I received an email:
The Emerald ClubŪ Master Rental Agreement and Program Rules and Conditions that you agreed to and accepted at the time of your enrollment have been modified, effective immediately.

Please review or print an amended copy of the Emerald Club Master Rental Agreement and Program Rules and Conditions.

It would have been nice if they had given us a hint about the change, rather than just sending us a link to a 44 page document.
