All I am saying is I can not access Vanilla Reload from my home network. I can not ping it using CMD. It also does not load using a VPN. However, if I am off my home network its totally fine. I don't know how to troubleshoot this anymore.
May be a DNS issue. Try changing your DNS to Google or someone else and see if that works.
