Judge Wapner is no longer on the air... but this DOES sound like a case that Judge Judy would find intriguing and take, if the amount claimed as damages is within the limits of the small claims cap in your jurisdiction!

Otherwise, your best remedy might be seeking relief in your local small claims court. The fact that she gave him the PIN to her account does not prevent her from claiming civil theft damages from use of her miles without her knowledge or permission.
