Spot on. We see ample evidence of that here. And, while we're in some ways unique due to the extended knowledge we have about travek, we do, IMO, represent a microcosm of the American culture - look for the cheapest option, and then expect the maximum in perks. Of course, I do that, too...I just don't whine about it when/if I don't get it
