If you absolutely must get out of the airport and the UC doesnt work for you, I would recommend taking a taxi to Reston Town center (about 20 mins out). They have a multiplex and a nice array of restaurants to choose from. You could come back with plenty of time to spare. Just remember to get the number for Washington Flyer Taxi service.
