If you have TG as an option, that would trump both LH and CA in terms of service, seat comfort, IFE and food in Y. If you have to choose between LH and CA it is thougher since LH has a slightly better IFE selection and non-Chinese food if you don't like that while CA has slightly better service and seats but their plane configurations are inconsistent and you might get a really old worn-out bird.
