If the first 3 months after opening the account, I got 6% cashback, with a monetary cap (I think it was capped at no more than £2k spending spread over the 3 months). Subesquently, I get 2% with no monthly cap, and 4% in each annual anniversary month with no monthly cap. All of these are only on the biggest 5 purchases each month. I'm not sure, but I think there's an overall annual cap of cashback on no more than £75k of spending.
