I would love to see Airlines return to the 80s Service where you could get a decent meal in Coach and even something on shorthaul flights.
"Real First Class" with the seating of the 80's or now?
Because I'd rather have today's International 77W first class seat, even if it means not having all of the service's of the old TWA.
Regarding the coach meal. Various attempts have been made over the years to upgrade economy class, however they seemed to have failed on the majors. The simple truth is, price is a determining factor for many people. Not enough people are willing to pay a premium to get an airline meal.
