Welcome to FT! I've never flown LH eonomy, but I understand that it is even more cramped than UA. The website seatguru.com is not wholly reliable, but might be able to provide some basic info about the pitch (legroom) and width of the seats.
If you have some extra $$ to spare, you might check out the cost and availability of UA's economy plus seats, which offer extra legroom.
