Also, try to enter your Ref # and email below. I find the email contains useful link to see your reservation in detail. Sadly I didn't find out about it before I cancelled my 1st unticketed reservation

Thank you for your suggestion. They said my 1st reservation already ticketed but I never received email. So. they sent me the email and I be able to cancel my 2nd reservation with full refund.
