Yes I asked the RC about it an they offered me 50% rate for the late checkout.

I'm going with the MO who give you 6pm checkout if you stay at the club level which is a small dividend ($80) over the non club, so better value than a 50% surcharge.

Also I like the look of the MO - rooms/pool/location (never tried the MO before in any city).

Good choice. Great property, especially if you get the marina view and rooms are pretty decent. The pool is v nice as well.
