*G lounge access for ARN-EWR in Y
US *G (& club member) and am flying ARN-EWR in Y for the first time next week. From the threads I've read I understand that UA uses a contract lounge near the UA gate in ARN, but that there's also a SAS *G lounge on the far side of customs?

So...

1) Has anyone here recently flown ARN-EWR as a *G and gotten lounge access at the contract lounge?

2) Is accessing the SAS *G lounge prior to the 9am departure practical? How close is the lounge to the UA gate?
