I'm sure others who go to the lounge more frequently than I do can help you out more, but the weather in Chicago is supposed to be OK on Wednesday (windy, but in a direction that the field can handle - WNW, and good visibility) so I don't think heavy delays are likely unless there's something going on in your destination city.
