BR would be 8426 YYZ-TPE-ICN and 8963 YYZ-YVR-TPE-ICN. That is flying more than an extra 30%, plus you have connection times to take into account.

The nonstop is by far the best for time, routing East is logically pretty silly. I'd do it for EK suites - but not for that price premium over going through YVR if I was paying for it myself.

I didn't notice KE J as an option... if similar to AC J price I'd pay it even for sloped seats, only because it is nonstop. By the way, I haven't heard very good things about KE F. Not bad, just not very good.
It all depends on what the OP's priorities are. Judging by his/her listed options, the shortest time or distance isn't one of them. I'm also willing to fly longer and connect for better service/product, to a degree.
