Maybe I'm being greedy, but I'd be incredibly disappointed in 10-20k for OF - a broken CW seat is 80,000 alone (I assume that's a matrix figure as I've been paid it twice this year).
Yes - but OF is not a broken seat and most of the F service you have had. Additionally of course broken J means you don't get a flat bed which is a massive deal. OF is still a flat bed....

I very much doubt you would get close to 80k Avios....
