Great trip report^ Congratulations on the amazing upgrade
I have been staying at this property since the 90s when it became a Hyatt
Despite it being a satisfactory property the only time I have been in the fair enough jr suite was when I had been given a standard room that had not been cleaned
with urine all over the bathroom floor
While a nice apology upgrade id like to see the hotel make a greater effort day to day!
Historically I have been lucky once in awhile just getting a club floor corner room.The team has always been very professional and polite
