ICN-YYZ - what would you do?

So I need a one-way ICN-YYZ in Jan, in J or F.

My options with AC seem to be:

Z 1 stop in YVR Fare to YYZ - Approx $3900
Z Fare to EWR with overnight in YYZ - Approx $3500
Flex fare to YYZ - playing Aerolotto - Approx 1450 ( plus change fee if I have
to skip a day or so to get UG)

All the above are also gambling no aircraft change in YVR from a widebody
to a 320/321.

Cheapest Business fare seems to be PR at $2600, but not lie flat, just recliner.

There is a TK option at $3300, but ICN-IST is not lie flat, only recliner.

BR via TPE in J at $3875.

KE has First at $6000, the only non-stop.
For the same money, I can go with EK in F on two 388 flights, both with
suites ( and on-board showers).

SQ F to SFO plus AC Flex SFO-YYZ for $4900?
SQ J to SFO plus AC Flex SFO-YYZ for $3800?

UA F via ORD for $4200?

Or Aeroplan, using SE IKK can fly ICN-PEK-YYZ, or ICN-(OZ)-SFO-YYZ
for 84,000 points plus some $220.

What would you do? Which is best bang for the buck?
