Not sure - you have lived in Europe bevor? In general I have to say that in Europe you won't find any of these crazy mile deals for Credit Cards and really satisfying customer loyalty programs.

If you fly a lot on SAS I can recommend the SAS co-branded AMEX and SAS co-branded Mastercard. I have both (Amex on business, Mastercard for private stuff) and accumulated round abozut 50k* EuroBonus points in the last 12 month using them.
