Its a cosmetic (P4) defect. P3 at worst, since it might confuse the very few people who looked at that page for the 2-3 days it was wrong.
Guess it depends on the attitude of the senior execs to their brand/rep, doesn't it? An error may have zero effect on functionality, but may be considered an immediate fix, e.g. an incorrect colour or logo.
I don't set the rules in my company, I just work to them and I've already explained what 'material' is, in my company, in yours it may be different.
