I was not using the word 'material' in a legal/audit sense, simply in the dictionary definition of 'important', from the perspective of making the company look poor.
Not poor in an absolute sense, as these type of errors happen all the time and are usually human lapses, but poor in the time it took to fix it. If it took a similar to fix such a problem on one of my sites, I'd get it in the neck at the next committee and be told it was not acceptable for the company's brand image, even if there was zero financial or legal implication.
