hi guys booked sweet deal tickets with Singapore airlines but now couldn't make it as having to relocate coz of my job

the ticket is sweet deals so the website says it is non-refundable

howver:

1- if I rebook it to Flexi Saver or Flexi, then i think i should be able to cancel it then? has anyone done it before?

2. does the cancellation charges the same for Flexi saver and Flexi?
