I'm still waiting on a refund of MAN-LHR return on the day of the A319 incident at LHR. It was a part cash part avios booking for a friend. The captain told the passengers that they couldn't give a guaranteed arrival time into LHR and if people wanted to get off they could, and get a refund.

The fact the flight actually operated seems to be the problem, I gave my friend the money back personally and have given up hope of seeing it again.

We're not talking lots (£80 + 4000 avios) but it's the principal that annoys me.
