They have rather interesting phone, email, chat hours. Some hours on Sat / Sun and then 'all day' from M-F. I assume that means they go from midnight on Monday through Midnight on Friday? But it's rather confusing. At any rate, SOMEBODY should have been manning the wheel at various points throughout the past 30 hours.
