Mileage accumulation for D class, operated by TK and LH, ticketed by AC?
The OP is safe with these codeshares, AC D = LH D and also AC D = TK D.

As travel agent pointed out, the LH and TK operated flights will earn 125% and the AC operated flights will earn 150% status miles.
