Hello,

I had a bad experience with a broken seat on a long flight and mailed in the slip that the purser gave me along with a short letter.......

How long is the processing time....I know it will vary.... just an estimate please?

Would it make sense to also call and explain a bit more or is the snail mail route the right way to go?
