Hair in my salad/ran out of silverware - dead silence
My issues are always stated as concise, two line emails, no color about how it disappointed me so I have no idea why they think running out of cutlery is not worthy comp... The hair was gross but they had another salad, so oh well.
since attaining 1k, the response times for compensation requests to MP have gone from 2 weeks to 2 days, which is a positive, not that it matters that much when I get the comp. But what gets me is I'm never offered the choice of miles/discount/voucher and also the randomness that miles are awarded for problems. Do people email 1kvoice at united ? Which I have never been directed to and I figure it just goes to MP anyhow much like the "dedicated" 1k line.
