They also had to refund taxes and bill them again. Of course I have seen the pending charges for the new taxes. I hope with this system change/screw up that I actually get my refund of the old taxes. What a mess!
I have a similar situation where the reinstatement of the miles shows a higher number that I should have even though they are not yet reflected in my available miles view. My CC was charged for the new fees but not yet had the old ones refunded. I want to call and get this sorted out but first wanted to see the miles post one way or the other. Anyone similar to this talk to an agent to get this sorted out or should I just see how it goes first?
