Agree with LTN Phobia, I strongly recommend this option. You will then have enough time to step out the airport to Yesilkoy. There is a marina, some local cafés and a good fish restaurant called Yuksel. 10min/20 Lira cab ride from the airport. Well worth it for a slice of more normal Istanbul life.
