Amex's website has a feature where you can make sure charges will go through, you just have to input the exact amount for them to expect. We entered that, called Amex to make sure they didn't have anything flagged for fraud, and then did the re-submit trick about an hour ago. United and CMT now show ticketed with charges now pending on Amex. Still waiting on an email + PDF from WF though!
