I've been there and sampled and I'd debate that while neither bakery has 100% perfection there are clearly standout items at both ^
it happens that I personally admire a number of standout non celebrity offerings at Fiorentina
Personally, my favorite all time pastry in Tokyo remains the chocolate banana treat at the nearby Ritz Carlton. Looking forward to using my last pre-devaluation point stay there over the holiday season!
