Hi

I booked a ticket from Lahore to London Heathrow for 2nd November 2013

My card was charged twice

first time I selected ticket to book, entered my card details.. and pressed ok for confirmation of the booking and card to be charged..

I got message that ticket has not been confirmed

so I entered the deatils again and tried and this time I got the confirmation of ticket

I have tried to call qatar airways but didnt get any help

they put on hold n disapper

it happned four times after long hold and i dont know what to do

before putting me on hold once she told me that usualy when it happens the customer gets the money back in few days automatically but its been like 20 days even after the travell date but i did not recive any money back

plz help
