Everything is subjective sir hailstorm Tokyo baked goods authority
I've been there and sampled and I'd debate that while neither bakery has 100% perfection there are clearly standout items at both ^
it happens that I personally admire a number of standout non celebrity offerings at Fiorentina
I've been to some of the so called legendary greats like Ladurée and others in Paris and throughout Europe and would be happy with this quality typically
worldwide of the items that are standouts

I'd like to post some of my photos taken from Fiorentina
If any Flyertalker would be up for posting these photos let me know and I will email them to you.I have a tech issue preventing me from doing so
The photos I believe speak a thousand words maybe more
Cheers
