Yes, even if they do provide the meal and the drink, it doesn't really help a hungry passenger. Better to eat sufficient in the airport, much cheaper and much better.
But just don't quite like the cost cut...not sure what will be the next...
It used to be a hot meal with 2 drinks, so I suppose we've just lost half of the value (if anyone can actually call it value).
Jetstar is a funny business anyway, it's a low cost airline but isn't anywhere near having a cost leadership (versus its peers).
