Haven't flown AA in years, and find ourselves on a 763 in a couple of weeks. Great info in this thread.

However, all the "good" seats are gone, and I can't thank you all enough for saving us from 20AB.

With slim pickings, is 23AB ok? They are supposed to be "Preferred", but I'm not sure why.
