Has anyone been and/or does anyone know what portion of the beach club is open? I called and the gentleman on the phone explained that the private beach wasn't open yet, but couldn't seem to grasp the question as to what exactly was open now in terms of getting some sun.

Side note, are women in western bathing suits (bikini w/ "cover up") considered appropriate at pools and beaches there? We're staying on Saadiyat Island for the last 2 days of our stay and I've been told it's fine there, but just decided to extend the vacation a bit and considering this St. Regis for 2 days before that.
