Butter, in it's original packaging - is it considered a non-solid by TSA? I know that TSA considers peanut butter a liquid or gel-like substance and I have seen sealed cans of tuna taken away from passengers because they contain liquid. So I am curious about butter (not on a sandwich or roll) in it's original packaging.
