Arriving in YVR from HKG, there was only 1.5 Nexus machines working, with the second one requiring a few minutes after every passenger before the screen reset. On a full 777 and another arrival just before us, there was a lineup of at least 20.

Time before that, arriving in YYZ ALL Nexus machines were broken. Both sides.

Sad.
