I was on that same flight and mine still does not work. I also wrote an e-mail to 1K voice so hopefully I will hear back next week. That was only beginning of my nightmare day of travel yesterday. United automatically rebooked me on flights with an invalid connection in MIA. Suffice to say, I lost an extra day of vacation, we will see how they respond but I am not expecting much.
