No, bibimbap is certainly NOT a "must have" or "signature items", it is just the most common Korean dish which no one would have an objection to (except non-beef eaters). There are other Korean choices and one chinese choice on the pre-order F menus. They serve bibimbap (rotate periodically with Ssam bap) in C and Y as well but less side dishes and using different chinaware.
