gotcha,ya that makes sense i forgot about the bonus , its an upgrade bonus and i agree not as generous.

the only thing about this is that she can build a relationship with amex..but the card itself will be of no use to us other than that. we have a trip to hawaii next summer so i may have her go for hilton cards to start off and then maybe get a gold later on next year to slowly build a relationship.
