Crediting miles of a AF flight (booked with a FB number) to another Skyteam program ?
I tried to make changes of this type 3 times: once from KE to AF, once from LH to BD and once from AF to VA. My experience is: it is always possible, but it is not necessarily a routine operation. Sometimes you just have to insist a bit; but it is definitely possible.
