A week in Singapore sounds a bit bland to me. A few days, sure. More than that.. not so much. Hong Kong I only visited once and it was for 4 hours so that doesn't count -- but it sounds like there is far more to see/do there.
The advantage with award tickets is that you can both stopover and do 24-hour connections. For example.
JAX-IAD-CDG-BKK -- stopover - SIN - destination - ICN - LHR - 24 hour stop - IAD - JAX
An itinerary like this would let you see some of BKK and Seoul, fly First Class on airlines like Thai and Asiana, and do more than simply visit Singapore.
Something to consider. It would be 260K total for such a routing.
