There's a new device, mfr I keep forgetting but it's called the Z1, about the size of a medium mango, and supposedly cleared for travel use. They may have been the folks that put the Everest 15-ounce backpackable CPAP off the market. Really tempting if I had the resources to buy my own travel device.

Right now I'm trying within my HMO to get a Li-Ion battery pack, rather than the lead acid one that Pacific Pulmonary supplied.
