When I have stayed at the GH I mainly use the lounge for tea/coffee and evening cocktails.
Plus 1 fine sir ^
Fiorentina is a Hyatt legend.
I'd put up my own money if they brought it to the US and would write the check in the morning to be an investor
Its Hyatt at its finest moment. They have nothing worldwide that compares
Crazy
My last stay was average and lack luster with a disappointing club breakfast and meager amenity.
Odd from the hotel who set the gold standard prior to the earthquake event. I would think the hotel would work harder rather than drop its standards slightly
I'm thinking about staying elsewhere and just dining at the hotel in the future unless they bring their brand standard to what it was in the past
I still like the hotel immensely however from a Diamond perspective its gone a bit downhill along with the Grand Club
