I have been looking at an itinerary to Hong Kong with China Southern, at a pretty amazing price. The routing is DUS-AMS-PEK-HKG and back. The problem is, the final PEk-HKG and vv sectors book into R class, which is listed as a non-earning - and therefore, non segment-qualifying - class. I suppose I need to call up expedia to get them to manually find another booking class, presumably the next one up. But my experience trying to do this sort of thing with expedia in the past is not good.

Can anybody recommend a decent travel agent in Germany able to handle such things? Or is there another way to do it?
